Coaching Philosophy: I love teaching and inspiring kids to play the game. Empowering them to face any challenges and stopping at nothing to achieve their goals.

Best Volleyball Moment: I remember hitting a quick middle at the Bryce Jordan Center  at Penn State University my senior year of club. Caught a girl off guard and six packed her in the face. Felt bad she had to be pulled,  but it was the first strong hit I had of the tournament that people still talk about.

My life in Sports: Play at Blackhawk HS and went on full scholarship to Duquesne University.  Then started coaching for BCCS, Rochester, Western Beaver until I had kids. I officiate HS and some club volleyball.  Recently started Riverside Beaver County ‘s brand new volleyball program which never had volleyball in it’s 62 years of existence.  I’ve run adult leagues and skills clinics at Cranberry Township parks and recreation for the last 12 years.

When I’m Not Coaching Volleyball: Watching my kids play sports. Softball,  Baseball and basketball
