Power Minis

Power Minis is a fun and unique introduction to the game of volleyball for girls and boys ages 3-8. These sessions are structured to allow 45 minutes of skills training and 15 minutes for you to have court-time with your mini. Our coaches have developed fun and innovative methods using hula hoops, beanbags, and balloons to build a foundation for your MINI-athletes to thrive as future volleyball players!

Power Juniors

Power juniors is the next step in your athlete’s volleyball skill development. This program is a good stepping stone for athletes looking to play in middle school or Diocesan programs. Power Juniors is a fun introduction to volleyball for boys and girls in grades 3-6 that teaches the foundational skills of serving, passing, setting, and hitting.

Power Juniors Plus

Power Juniors Plus is the next step up! Power Juniors Plus is for players who have completed the Power Juniors program and demonstrated an understanding of the fundamentals and the ability to execute those skills. This program runs alongside the Power Juniors program for the first 60 minutes and then allows an additional 30 minutes for these more developed athletes to work on skill-specific training.  Power Juniors Plus is boys and girls in grades 6-8.

Club Power Juniors

Club Power Juniors is an introduction to the club volleyball world. This program aims to prepare your athletes to play at the next level. Club Power Junior teams will get the opportunity to practice and play in 2 friendship events. The Club Power Juniors season starts in the early spring, typically lasting February through March.

East Coast Power Volleyball

Club teams travel to tournaments and compete across a variety of skill levels from 12U to 18U.  Their season typically lasts 4-6 months, depending on age and level.  These teams are best suited for experienced athletes who are looking for a competitive volleyball experience.
